If you are stopping by my site I am guessing you are like me – determined to regain control of your health. My whole life I have wrestled with stubborn weight that just refuses to go away. For a period of time I simply accepted that my body was comfortable at that weight and it was just how I was going to be for the rest of my life. WRONG!
After experiencing some health problems I became determined that my fat was not going to kill me. I set my mind to weight loss and healthy living regardless of the cost – and I haven’t looked back.
Losing Stubborn Weight
This site is for you – the person with stubborn weight that just won’t go away. I don’t care if it is 20 pounds or 200 pounds. I invite you to partner with me on our journey to take our lives and bodies back.
During the course of my journey I have come to learn that all bodies are unique (go figure). Some people can simply reduce calories and have the weight fly off, others can just up their exercise and get that calorie burn. Some folks can cut out carbs and shed their fat super quick. All of these methods work really well for some folks, but not so well for others. My goal is to help you figure out what combination of these approaches works for you. I am going to share with you what works for me and also provide you access to some custom tools I am building that have helped me figure out exactly which approach works best depending on the season of life I am in.
